Create New Filter

Create a new filter

PUT //developer.livehelpnow.net/api/filter/{system}/create

{system} withing the URL can be ticket, knowledge, or callback.

Body Params

Name Expected Type Description
filter_name required string The name of the new filter
filter_content required string The options of the new filter in a JSON format.
Keys should follow filter options endpoints
JSON structure should be {"key1": "value", "key2": 0, "key3": true}

Please note: Params are sent via JSON body, not URL params
